In the second videotutorial we are going to see how to use one of the most powerful features of tappAS, its visualization and how to access to each different kind of graph.

In this third videotutorial we show how to run two of the tappAS analyses. Differential Isoform Usage (DIU) and Functional Enrichment Analysis (FEA).
